Can't delete deployed iApp

I'm trying to delete an iApp that I deployed but get an error when I try: 01070083:3: Monitor /Common/SMTP-Int.app/SMTP-Int_smtp is in use.   I've tried unchecking strict updates, delete the monit...

Hi Adam, like Fred said, that message is pretty clearly indicating that something is using that monitor. BTW, I tried to reproduce this issue with the SMTP iApp, but couldn't.

 

I recommend you open a ticket with F5 support on this. If you upload your configuration to iHealth when doing so, I would be glad to have a look at it if you send me the case number.

    Case 1-2123156611 has been opened. Working with technician now - will update if he finds anything.

    The tech ended up having to remove the monitor from the pool and then could remove the SMTP iApp. Same thing happening on our Exchange iApp and I don't have the patience to go through all the pools. :) They'll stay as-is for now.
