Can't create a new link address on GTM

Hi all, software version 11.6.2, both LTM and GTM on same Viprion box.

 

When I tried to create a new link for one of our datacenters in GSLB, about 10 seconds after I successfully created a new link, it got disappeared.

 

Want to know why and how to fix it, thanks.
