Can't crawl using Sharepoint Search or Fast Search

Our environment contain F5 LTM 3600, sharepoint 2010 with SSL header turn on to accomodate SSL termination on F5. But when adding the URL to Sharepoint Search or Fast Search it gives a time out trying...
