Mar 12, 2009cannot ping virtual server
We have two virtual servers defined on the big-ip. one for production and the other is for test. Both of them were working fine until yesterday. Something must have gone wrong, I can not even ping the test virtual server. Production seems to be fine. How to resolve the issue. I appreciate any help. thanks in advance!

there are too many options to offer any concrete help. is the test virtual server showing as 'up' in the gui? are you trying to ping it from a computer on the same subnet? have you tried disabling/re-enabling the virtual server? - L4L7_53191

Look at the arp tables on some of the adjacent systems. Chances are good there's a corrupt entry somewhere. You can issue a 'b load' from the command line, which will issue another GARP on the network and will hopefully update the tables.
