Cannot install iRuler on VISTA

When attempting to install the iRule editor on my VISTA system, it cannot complete successfully.     When I try to start it, I receive a message box which states, "iRuler - F5 iRule Editor stopp...

I totally agree that it's odd.

 

I tried running the install as administrator.

 

I am a domain admin and I am using UAC, so normally, I would have thought this would have worked.

 

No go that way either. I am thinking about logging in as the local administrator and giving THAT a shot.

 

I am both an F5 and Vista newbie, so...

 

ARGHH
