Can you do the equivalent of 3ndc reload using an iControl method?

Still trying to get around the inablility of iControl to re-order pools in a ga wideip (dig dig)... latest thought is to either manipulate (or copy off, edit, copy back) the wideip.conf file and then do a '3ndc reload', but it would be nice to do the '3ndc reload' using iControl...
