No, it's not possible. To configure SSL passthrough you use a Layer4 VIP, during this process no HTTP parsing is processed, so you cannot change that (you cannot either change any other parameter in the HTTP header).

NOTE: You can also use a Standard VIP with SSL passthrough, but if you are not going to inspect the content it's not efficient to do that.
