Nimbostratuscan not get a pool members to become active

I created a pool in f5 with the following info but can not get the members to become active. What could be wrong?

Do you need a value for the "Host: " header? Right now it looks empty. Often it doesn't matter what you put in there, "abc.com" is a typical example.
