Can Not Access Virtual Server

I am trying to test basic request flow with Big IP LTM, sorry for asking really basic thing but this is for the first time I am playing with any Load Balancer, here is how my network configuration looks external VLAN 17.184.8.31/22 internal VLAN 176.16.1.31/16 Server RIP :: 176.16.20.1:8080, 176.16.20.2:8080 Virtual Server 17.184.8.101 : 8080 I did configure SNAT pool to AutoMap for virtual Server however can not access Virtual Server via http/ telnet/ ping and would really appreciate if someone can point me if there is anything wrong in the configuration ?
