Can LTM Policy be used to filter source IP addresses based on Host Header

Wondering if I can use LTM policy instead of an iRule. e.g. VIP on port 443 many host headers processing through same VIP. (wildcard SSL Cert profile) only clients from 1.1.1.0/24 should be able to...
