Feb 18, 2009Hi again, i tried the script that you suggested, but since im a real newbie to iControl I cant get it to work. I use Big-IP v9.4.6 and here is the syntax when executing the perl script from the SSH/CLI from the standby node (trying here so I wont cause any issues on the active one).
[root@LB-NODE2:Standby] config ./killnode.pl localhost admin adminpassword seutv805as disable
seutv805as is the "Name" in case sensitive under Nodes in a specific partition.
The output I recieve is just:
Node Server seutv805as set to STATE_DISABLED in pools:
[root@LB-NODE2:Standby] tmp
...any suggestions? =)
Thanks in advance
Robert
