Can I use AVR in BIG-IP LTM trial edition

I am trying to use AVR in trial edition for my LTM exam. The trial edition shows AVR is licensed. But whenever I try to provision AVR it gives me message.   LTM is already provisioned.   010710...

I have the lab licence and version 11.6.0 VE edition. I installed from the OVR file and I can provision AVR.
