Can I jump from LTM 11.2.1-HF1 directly to 11.2.1-HF12?

Does anyone know if I can jump from LTM 11.2.1-HF1 directly to 11.2.1-HF12? Or do I need to apply other hotfixes in between Hf1 and HF12? I have to get onto HF12 to mitigate Shellshock, so it's not something I can defer.
