Hi All
recently I am doing a F5 ASM project. The customer are asking can he enable ASM on application not belong to HTTP web server and get benefit from ASM.

Feb 23, 2017simply because it isn't meant for that. ASM is a WEB application firewall. it doesn't do anything useful for non WEB / HTTP traffic, you can't look at URI, filetypes, ... it won't do anything, you won't see any useful results.
if the customer already didn't understand that the first time you explained it then i wonder how it will go the second time :)
