Can any one help me to know how we can switch the Route Domain from 1 to 2 by using CLI in V 10.x/11.c BIG IP LTM ?

Hi,

Route domain in LTM configuration is defined with "%".

For example if you're under route domain 1, your VIP is : 1.2.3.4:80%1

So if you want to switch from 1 to 2, you just have to replace %1 with %2
