Can a Cisco SFP Module be used on an F5 Device ? will it work ?

Hi Help Team,

 

Can i use a 10 GIG LR SFP Module bought from Cisco systems on an F5 4000 Series big ip

    Cisco optic is a rebranded Finisar optic so it will work, but if there is an issue and support reads the output and it shows a non f5 transceiver they may say they cant support it until you replace the transceiver.
