Bypass Proxy

Hi,

 

I've added iRule for Proxy to be used in the company and there are some address which i need it to bypass the proxy, as in client browser will still be configured with the Proxy server (VIP of the F5), but we want to control the address to bypass on the F5 instead at the client browsers.

 

For eg, we would like the ip add of 10.1.1.18 to bypass the proxy and go directly to the server instead of going to the internet.

 

Not sure how should i append on the existing irule below. https://devcentral.f5.com/wiki/irules.HTTP-Forward-Proxy-v3-2.ashx

    Hi Annielee,

     

    If the client should contact directly the Server, then make use of a proxy.pac file. This can be managed centrally and it is simple.

     

    The example you attached is a simple proxy server by it self - it does not solve your issue.
