Bypass APM AV Checks

Hi Experts,

 

A quick question please, recently we upgraded our APM to 11.6.3 version and enable the AV checks at the same time - the upgrade was a success and majority of our VPN users were able to connect except of users with Sophos AV. We checked and the sophos AV version our users are using is supported by the current epsec version installed on the box. A case has been raised to F5 support to help us check the issue but while awaiting from their response - I am wondering if there's a way to temporarily bypass the AV checks for users with Sophos AV? Will adding/creating a new Sophos AV ACL on top of the default one with the state set to "unspecified" do the trick?
