I enabled Bot signature on Dos policy' how can see on GUI Bot signature logs ?
can someone write the path on GUI ?

It is very similar. Make sure you assign the logging profile to the virtual server. If you are logging locally, you should see activity in Security ›› Event Logs : DoS : Application Events.
