HI,
I have updated the IOS to 14.1.0, and found some updates in Bot signature, but when i am trying to install it then says you do not have permission to perform this action.
Can any one advice...

I don't understand why "Bot Signatures" was a new license since 14.1 (Minor release).
And I don't understand why there is no note of this in the release note 14.1.0
