bot signature - permission issue

Dear all,   could you please help to fix this: I have BIG-Ip ASM V15, in live updates, on "Bot Signatures" it shows me that "You do not have permission to perform this action"   kindly advic...

Hi Rasool1224,

 

I did some searching for "You do not have permission to perform this action" and that led me to two different bugs that could possibly be related to that issue.

 

Bug ID 756418: Live Update does not authenticate remote users

Bug ID 752942: Live Update cannot be used by Administrator users other than 'admin' and 'root'

That being said, both of those bugs are supposed to be fixed in v15.0.0 so it's possible that you could be running into some kind of similar bug that hasn't been discovered yet. I would recommend opening a case with Support to have them take a closer look just in case it is an unknown bug in v15.
