Blue screen after connecting to F5

After entering the credentials to log on to F5 VPN, getting blue screen of death , after reboot the computer, it works fine, again when tried to access getting BSOD.Please help on this. regards

If you can share the windows and bigip version, someone on the forum may be able to highlight if it's a known issue.
