NimbostratusBlock ActiveSync allow Outlook
I'm running Big-ip AM v12.1.1, the Exchange iapp v1.6.0 I have a requirement to only allow specific users to connect through Outlook and block activesync completely.
I have this accomplished, except for the activesync piece. I think I can do this by simply editing the "..._apm_combined_pool_irule7" irule.
Would I remove everything in the irule relating to activesync and replace it with "drop"

My solution to block ActiveSync (EAS) was to edit the combined irule7 as indicated above.
"/microsoft-server-activesync*" { Drop } This allows me to force EAS traffic through one VIP and other Exchange services to another which gives me the control I need to manage all of them.
