Block a link from internet and allow from intranet from a publishd HTTPS site.

I'm in a situation that I have an https site published on internet and I want to block one link from accessing from internet and allow it from intranet, in another words, is it possible to block accessing a link from a VLAN and allow it from all other VLANs.

 

I need your help.
