Blank Session Variable Reports from APM

So I'm having issues with session variable reports coming back. They are frequently showing no or blank data - every now and then they do come back correctly, but more frequently than not it's just ...

I believe you are running into a known issue.

-Could you tell me what version of BigIP you are running?

-What types of objects do you have in your Access Policy?

My guess is an issue being tracked under BZ 536575 which is only fixed by Engineering Hotfix currently. A workaround would be to use 

sessiondump
on the CLI to report your session variables.
