BIP223761S Front Panel Status Amber and Options is the only Menu Choice.

I bought a BIP223761S 200-0255-04 and the Front Panel LED Status is Amber and Options is the only Menu Choice. I tried selecting Rotate and hitting the X but to no avail. I am brande new to F5's an...

I have power cycled it several time. I am unable to do anything on the LCD because the only option that shows up is Options which only lets me select whether I see Heartbeat symbol or set the Contrast of the LCD Panel.

Suggest you open a support case if possible since it is difficult to get any info (configs & diagnostics) from you.

I'm experiencing the same thing after updating to 6.1HF3. Did you ever get a resolution? Nothing shows up on the console.
