They sent them as text files containing binary format - I am not sure how that relates to DER format? Regarding openssl x509 -inform der -in certificate.cer -out certificate.pem, why is it converting to .pem format? Doesn't the F5 want any cert keys that are going to be imported to be in .cer format with base64 content?

 

Thanks for this - https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-converter.html. I had located this but was not sure exactly which options I required? I took it that the Type of Current Certificate would be DER/Binary, but was not sure which option to select for Type To Convert To?
