BigSuds and multiple Virtual Servers

Using python is there a way to pull in a list of Virtual Servers that have to be disabled?   Running 11.3.0(Build 3022.0) - we are not able to upgrade at this time (even though I know the newer AP...

This for a GlobalLB. I know how to get the list. I want to pass that info to a script to enable/disable the Virtual Servers.
