Bigiq throwing Re-starting restjavad error.

I am running a bigiq VE on kvm. I was able to run it successfully for like 2 days along with web GUI access and I was even able to license it. After restarting the host machine once I am getting this...

are httpd and tomcat up?

root@(ve11c)(cfg-sync In Sync)(Active)(/Common)(tmos) show sys service httpd tomcat
httpd (pid 5446) is running...
tomcat       run (pid 10275) 21 days, 1 start

do you see packet coming to bigip (e.g. tcpdump)?

 tcpdump -nni eth0 -s0 port 443

looks like its down. This is the output I am getting root@(bigiq1)(Active)(/Common)(tmos) show sys service httpd tomcat httpd down, normally up Couldn't find service: tomcat if I try to stop it. stop sys service httpd Stopping httpd: [FAILED] if I try to start the httpd; start sys service httpd Starting httpd: (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 127.0.0.1:80 no listening sockets available, shutting down Unable to open logs [FAILED]
