17 years agobigip strips a few headers?
Hi all,
I've got a couple of headers "Cache-control" and "Expires" that are being stripped out on the BigIP when the request comes through it. Hitting the back end directly without the BigIP, the headers show up fine. How can I get these headers to come through the BigIP?
Thanks, any help is much appreciated.

Hello,
What profiles are enabled on the VIP? Can you post a sanitized copy of the VIP and profiles (b virtual VIP_NAME list, b profile HTTP_PROFILE_NAME list, etc)? Can you log the headers that are received on the request and those received on the server?
Aaron - Colin_Walker_12Historic F5 AccountThat shouldn't happen unless there's something specifically set up to remove these headers. As Aaron says, it'd be helpful if you could log the headers being received and being sent, and likely post the VIP/pool config sections as well as any iRules applied.
Thanks!
Colin
