BigIP software solution?

Can I install BigIP on my RedHat Linux and have it be my Load Balancer.

 

 

Is BigIP Load Balancer a purely hardware solution, or is there a software solution too.

 

 

If it does have a software solution, what are all the platforms it support?

    BIG-IP is sold as a F5 branded hardware device. F5 currently has OEM agreements with several vendors like Dell that resell our software on their hardware that we've certified. We also have blade server support but again that is for certified hardware.

     

     

    This is not an iControl development question so I'd suggest you get in touch with our sales department for any more information regarding software solutions and supported vendors.
