I am unable to find a doc that shows system requirements for the DNS standalone VE. I see docs regarding LTM or "all applications." Is there anything I can use specific to DNS? (vCPU), storage (Gb ...

Start with 2 vCPU/4GB RAM/180 GB disk.

 

With VE, it's easy to scale it upwards whenever you're short of anything. It's not mandatory to pick the perfect resource provisioning on your first go.
