BigIP DNS and LTM vCMP Guests on same i10800

Are there any concerns when spinning BigIP-DNS and LTM on the same I Series box (i10800). Someone mentioned it is better to keep them on separate hardware. I got Big-IP DNS which will be resolving to Internet DNS queries and a LTM which would be hosting the Public Sites. Do you guys foresee any concerns with hosting both the BigIP DNS and LTM on the same Box under different vCMP Guest instances.
