BIG-IQ LBaaS plug-in install
Hi
I'm using OpenStack All-in-One environment (controller/network/compute are on same node). I tried to install BIG-IQ LBaaS plug-in package on the OpenStack environment. .f5-device-lbaas-agent-1.0.1.havana-1.deb .f5-lbaas-driver-1.0.1.havana-1.deb
But, I got a error message as below.
sudo dpkg -i f5-lbaas-driver-1.0.1.havana-1.deb f5-devie-lbaas-agent-1.0.1.havana-1.deb
(Reading database ... 112031 file and directory installed) Preparing f5-lbaas-driver 1.0.1.havana-1 to (f5-lbaas-driver-1.0.1.havana-1.deb ) Expanding f5-lbaas-driver ... ... Setting f5-lbaas-driver (1.0.1.havana-1) ...
Error during installing this package: f5-device-lbaas-agent-1.0.1.havana-1.deb
Are there any workaround for this ? Any comment would be highly appreciated.
Thanks

- John_Gruber_432Historic F5 AccountYukki, Are these the debian packages which are found on BIG-IQ 4.4 or are they the community debian packages from dev central? John

- YUKIO_ITO__伊藤_悠Ret. EmployeeIt seems this is a f5 lbaas debian package itself bug. I could install f5-device-lbaas agent package with --force-all option. In addition, deb package doesn't have f5-device-lbaas-agent.ini file that must be created at /etc/neutron. so it's needed to copy a f5-device-lbaas-agent.ini from rpm package. I've escalated this issue to F5 support team.
