BIG-IQ External Connection

Hi,

 

Can a BIG-IQ Centralized Manager (5.1.0) use a http proxy for upload ihealth files ? There is no option in the GUI (unlike EM) but can it be configured via tmsh ?

 

Can the BIG-IQ be used to push attack signatures/ip intelligence to BIG-IP devices with or without ASM ?
