BIG-IQ Error :Failed - Primary TokuMX
Hello ,
we have pair of BIG-IQ setup having issue with both says that below error primary and secondary marked as red status Primary TokuMX reporting down but all LTM were sync with bigiq looks good when i try to repair HA pair getting kind of different error
An error occurred while repairing DB: exception: connect failed Error: TokuMX mongo shell v2.0.2-mongodb-2.4.10 connecting to:
BIG-IQ Error :Failed - Primary TokuMX reporting down
Please let me know whats needs to done to fix this issue

What version of BIG-IQ are you running? Did you recently upgrade? This error can sometimes be caused when the BIG-IQ console nodes can't talk to each other over all the required ports. The ports required for the BIG-IQ are listed here: https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-iq-centralized-mgmt/manuals/product/bigiq-central-mgmt-planning-implementing-5-3-0/1.htmlguid-69e53ee2-abc4-43ad-867d-2764948089de
Check to see that 27017 is open between the BIG-IQ nodes.

big-iq Version 5.2.0 from the beginning it's running on same version we didn't upgrade recently.
connection between both devices looks fine i verified on all ports including 27017,443,80 and 22.
FYI: We're facing this problem recently
