BIG-IQ Console Virtual Server, Pool, Nodes Not Available

Hi all

We have 1 issue with BIG-IQ Console. We see that " Virtual Server, Pools, Node" with light dim ( ex picture 1)

Example : At the point Virtual Server, Pools, Node ok but sometime after it switching not ok with light dim

Picture 1: All node and pool and virtual Server not ok

Picture 2: All ok

Please help me
