BIG-IQ: Can't Deploy SSL profile

Hello, I'm trying to deploy SSL Client profile, but the deploy option is dimmed, although I'm able to deploy the certificate and keys associated with this profile, but not the profile itself. any special configuration is needed for SSL profiles?
