big-iq 7.0 waiting for big-iq services to become available

I would like to know what the dependencies are for webd. Both of my iq boxe GUIs are stuck at "big-iq waiting for big-iq services to become available". I tried resetting the damons according to this article https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K25419468, shutting down interfaces, and stopping processes. At this point, I am faced with resetting the box unless I can get some assistance.

    Hey,

     

    i Got the same error. There is some configuration? If not just run on bash

     

    mv /config/f5-rest-device-id /var/tmp 

    clear-rest-storage -l

    tmsh save sys config

    shutdown -r now

     

    Try this. Always help me on when IQ stops.

    THIS COMMAND IS AMAZING: clear-rest-storage -l

      Hi  

      I cant use command clear-rest-storage -l 

      [root@Bigiqdcd02:Active:Standalone] config # clear-rest-storage 
Postgres is down. Error code: 2. Cannot perform clear-rest-storage
[root@Bigiqdcd02:Active:Standalone] config # clear-rest-storage -l
Postgres is down. Error code: 1. Cannot perform clear-rest-storage

      Do you know solution for error it ?

        So i used this commands to restore my BIG IQ, because when i tried using ticket. No one solution works, so i back to the beginning

    Hi Dojs,

     

    I have the same problem ITGerm i just have one doubt, what does this command "clear-rest-storage -l" do? i dont have too much experience on this plataform.

        If i use command :
