I tried running the fsck as the recommended action but it looks like that tool is not available:

[admin@BIG-IP-01:INOPERATIVE:Standalone] / # fsck -p
fsck from util-linux 2.23.2
[admin@BIG-IP-01:INOPERATIVE:Standalone] / # fsck
fsck from util-linux 2.23.2
