BIG-IP Socket reuse feature...

Hello Guys... I have some question for you and its related with some TCP RST we are receiving at one our customer's network, do you know if tehere is some exact feature to enable or disable the "socket reuse" in the TCP profile?, This in on an BIG-IP 3600.

Any pointing to documentation wil be appreciated.
