You can refer the /usr/share/snmp/mibs directory, It will have all the MIB files in it.

In your case, refer the F5-BIGIP-LOCAL-MIB.txt file, you can take as per your requirement.

By the way, if you require pool name & its members (couldn't catch your actual requirement), it would be something like below,

snmpwalk -v2c -c public localhost F5-BIGIP-LOCAL-MIB:ltmPoolMemberAddr

The OID of it is,

# snmptranslate -On F5-BIGIP-LOCAL-MIB::ltmPoolMemberAddr
.1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.2.2.5.3.2.1.3
