Employeedid you just upgrade software or restore configuration file?
if yes, try to re-load configuration and see what error is.
tmsh load sys config
if you did not upgrade software or restore configuration, try to restart httpd and tomcat and see whether it helps.
bigstart restart httpd
bigstart restart tomcat
