Big IP Edge Client

I have a user who has been running the Big IP Edge Client for sometime on his laptop. It just stopped working last week so I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the client but he gets the same mess...

i have seen it before, only forgot about the reason back then. do you use certificates for authentication or such? are those still valid and in place?

 

the edge client can do some logging, have you looked in that?
