Big IP Edge Client

I have a user who has been running the Big IP Edge Client for sometime on his laptop. It just stopped working last week so I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the client but he gets the same mess...

so are you saying it doesnt work for anyone anymore? or is it only his login / computer?
