BIG IP disconnect while creating new Vlans

Hi All,

I came across a strange situation today wherein I noticed that while creating new Vlans on the BIG IP device, I noticed that as soon as I hit finished a message popped after few seconds stating that "Connection to the device has been lost, waiting to reconnect" and then it automatically reconnected in 15 seconds approx..

I received a call from one of the application users stating that the application was unreachable for approx 3 mins and the timeframe shared was almost the same when the changes were made on the BIG IP.. I did scan the logs on the F5 but didn't find anything informative ..Upon further checks, I observed that the availability of multiple pool members was showing as the same time when the changes were made.. 

I don't think that creating the new Vlans would have caused the disconnects..however, just wanted to see if it might have.. any ideas ?

BIG IP is running on 12.1.3.2 (Build 0.0.4)
