Backup from vCMP guest to standalone appliance

Hello,   Can we take a backup from VCMP guest run LTM or ASM and restore on standalone appliance that run as LTM or ASM   If we can do this, what else we can do after we restore backup ?

From 12.1.3 and 13.1.0, a UCS can be restored on to different hardware with the platform-migrate option

This option allows you to migrate configurations from older platforms to newer platforms using an existing user configuration set (UCS) file. The new platform may be a newer generation hardware device, a Virtual Clustered Multiprocessing (vCMP) guest, or BIG-IP Virtual Edition (VE).

 

If you have authentication passwords and/or passphrase-protected SSL certificate/keys, you should set the Master Key on the target system to match the source system first.
