AWS/F5: Is it possible to deploy pair of F5s with each F5 in a different zone?
Hi F5..
I am a long time user of your products and have been working on a project for my company to deploy F5's on AWS for our front-end traffic mgt/L4/L7 switching needs. I have reviewed and performed the setup described in your published video successfully: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MVtZdYaU6BE
My question and problem is such that I would to setup a pair of F5's (as in the above video) but have each F5 inhabit a different zone (eg; "N. California - us-west-1b" & "N. California - us-west-1c").
Is this at all possible? If so, can you advise as to the proper configuration of this?
thanks a ton in adv..

Quick answer is no, AWS doesn't allow devices to have ip addresses from multiple availability zones.

thank you Jeff. A definitive 'no' is quite helpful at this point. We intend on proceeding w/ou F5 deployment anyways..
