AWS VE F5 setup with Management interface and Private interface

I am setting up a VE F5 that will only have a management and a Private interface, no Public interface (no EIP) all of the VIPs will use the private interface. I am only able to find design guides for a 3 interface design (public private and management using EIPs) or a single NIC with EIPs attached. Can someone confirm this design for a AWS VE F5 and point me to a better guide. The default route will use the Private interface for access to the backend servers and the VIP frontend for the applications.
