AUTOMAP feature is not working

I have a vip and 1 pool member ,both are on the same vlan. VIP 10.2.1.5 port 8080 Node 10.2.1.20 port 8080 changed my proxy to the vip on port 8080 , enabled fastl4 profile and automap ....

The communication between the ADC and the node is expected to be between the self-IP and the node-IP. SNAT takes care of the translation back to the client IP.
